Egg Porridge

Egg Porridge makes an excellent and filling breakfast.

Heres what you need:

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp of oatmeal
  • Salt

Heres how to make it:

  • Boil the milk and water with the oats
  • Whisk the egg separately and add  to the mix
  • Cook until the mix attains a custard like consistency
  • Add a pinch of salt once done

    • It is Rev! A friend of mine used sugar instead. I tried it with sugar and a pinch of ground cinnamon almost tasted like pancake batter! Yum!
      Scrape up a vanilla bean and you have another variation to it.
