5 pm Quick Fix!

So in all of Monday’s hustle bustle of catering to my first NomNomMum delivery, I didn’t have enough time to fix the regular snack for T’s 5pm hunger strike. Instead, I put together a fruit and cottage cheese (paneer) concoction. To my surprise it turned out to be a really easy and a yummy fix. Especially because I had to pack it up and feed him on the go!

Heres what I did: I coarsely mashed together some cut ripe strawberries, kiwifruit and cottage cheese (paneer) and packed it up for the ride.
