T’s week long stay at his grandma’s is sadly coming to and end. Its been a lot of fun for him, getting spoilt silly, not just by his grandparents, but great grandparents too. Lots and lots of new food turned out to be one of the perks of being here.

Lovin’ the Hummus and Lavash
Nothing like beating the heat wave with a dip in the pool with daddy!
On Friday his Aaji (grandma) whipped up a quick fix with sweet potato and it was a big hit, not just with him but also with us. I simply had to share it!
All you need to do is pressure cook tender small sweet potato along with its skin. Once cool peel off the skin and dice up into bite sized chunks. Sprinkle a little chaat masala, a dash of lime juice and garnish with some chopped coriander. Yum yum yum!
