This week has been a little intense. With a mother toddler ‘Cook-Along’ workshop coming up I’ve been totally consumed with planning and figuring out the execution. Courtesy of Babychakra NomNomMum is holding an hour long mother toddler interactive cooking session at the Hamleys toy store in Lower Parel, Mumbai. So this one’s a real quick fix especially good for that 5pm hunger pang.
- Soft boiled green peas
- Grated cheese (use any kinds you prefer)
- Pepper & mustard powder
Smash the peas well along with the pepper, mustard powder and the cheese. Heat until the cheese melts. In case of paneer you needn’t heat it at all. Cool and serve.
Please note: One could do this even with smashed chick peas or any other variety and substitute the cheese with cottage cheese/paneer.
